- Mike met with an HOA board member from Morrow Green about forming a group of HOA reps to meet and discuss issues/resolutions for service or repair needs.
- Some other local HOAs expressed interest in being a part of the group.
- The group would pool resources including vendor contacts to build a list oftrusted vendors and other helpful information and contacts for the betterment of our properties.

- Insurance for the HOA and the board members – Kathy
- Checked with 2 other insurance companies [Scarbrough & Medlin, Blue Lime] to compare cost and coverage with our current insurer, State Farm.
- Both were priced considerably higher than State Farm for similar coverage. We will stay with State Farm. No significant premium savings for having a higher deductible.

- Fence and fence post issue update – Mike
- Vendor will be hired to repair fence behind the Hill home-impacted by a recent storm.
- Mike has received quotes for a full fence replacement of the HOA perimeter.
- Cost of the fence could be covered with an assessment or bank loan.
- Vendor is willing to do sections at a time.
- Mike will also get quotes for maintenance staining of the fences going forward.
- We have several brick posts on Cummings that are leaning and need repair.
- The cost for the post repairs could come from our HOA fence escrow.

- Directory update
- Update is almost complete & the majority of homeowners opted to be in the directory.
- Directory will be password protected. Only homeowners will have access.

- Annual meeting logistics and time and agenda assignments
- Meeting will be held in the sanctuary at St. Timothy’s Church, 5/4/23, 7 pm.

- Marsha & Kathy-signage, tablecloth, water, sign-in sheets, name tags.

- Signage – Mike had four temporary signs made to announce the upcoming annual meeting. He is still researching to find stronger, reusable and long-lasting signs.
- Board Members – Current members will continue to serve. We will request nominations for additional ACC Committee & Board members at our annual meeting.
