Resale Certificates
Certificate form required for the purchase and refinance of a home within our Home Owners Association. There is a $500.00 fee for processing the certificate.

ByLaws
Wendover Home Owners Association is a legal entity that governs the Wendover subdivision. Wendover HOA is run by the Board of Directors, which is bound by the HOA ByLaws. Board membership is filled by election once per year at the Annual Meeting.

The covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CCR’s) are the governing documents that dictate how Wendover Home Owners Association operates and what rules the owners and their tenants and guests must obey.

Fence Specifications
Wendover Home Owners Association is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the Association perimeter fence. All replacements and repairs must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee. The attached document provides the details behind the perimeter fence and color standards.
