The City is partnering with the TRWD – Tarrant Regional Water District for two FREE programs at the Bedford Public Library in May:
- “Gardening with Native Grasses” at 6 p.m. on Monday, May 6: In this class, participants will learn about the types of grasses native to North Texas, benefits of native grasses, proper seasonal maintenance, and how to convert your lawn to native grass. - “Home Sprinkler Basics” at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29: Not sure what all the buttons do on your sprinkler controller? Attend this free workshop to learn about each part in a typical home sprinkler system, how to determine how much water your system uses, how to program your controller and maintain your system, how to check for system leaks, easy DIY repairs, and more!
