While it may sound boring, a Master Plan is a very important document. It is a city’s official guide for making decisions about future growth and redevelopment. While Bedford is largely built-out, there are still many opportunities to create destinations and places people want to experience.
Master Plans include goals, objectives, policies, strategies, programs, and projects that will enable the city to achieve its mission of focusing on the future, working together to build strong neighborhoods, developing a sound economy, and providing a safe community.
