The Wendover HOA is governed by a volunteer board of directors elected by the homeowners. Board members serve annual terms, but can be re-elected for additional terms. Board members are responsible for managing the association's affairs, enforcing community standards, and making decisions that benefit the entire community.

Board Responsibilities
- Enforce community covenants, conditions, and restrictions
- Maintain common areas and amenities
- Manage the association's finances
- Set and collect annual assessments
- Approve architectural changes
- Organize community events
- Communicate with homeowners
- Represent the community's interests
Board Meetings
The board meets every two months on a Tuesday at 6:30 PM. Meeting minutes are published on the website after approval.
