About the Board

The Wendover HOA is governed by a volunteer board of directors elected by the homeowners. Board members serve annual terms, but can be re-elected for additional terms. Board members are responsible for managing the association's affairs, enforcing community standards, and making decisions that benefit the entire community.

Board Responsibilities
  • Enforce community covenants, conditions, and restrictions
  • Maintain common areas and amenities
  • Manage the association's finances
  • Set and collect annual assessments
  • Approve architectural changes
  • Organize community events
  • Communicate with homeowners
  • Represent the community's interests
Board Meetings

The board meets every two months on a Tuesday at 6:30 PM. Meeting minutes are published on the website after approval.
