Last week, crews finished repaving and striping Bedford Road from SH 183 to Central Drive. Thank you everyone for your patience as this section was finished!
Wendover Home Owners Association represents the homeowners of the subdivision, and provides, through annual dues, services like mowing and upkeep of the common areas, planting seasonal flowers and providing seasonal decorations. The goal of the Association is maximize home values by ensuring a positive aesthetic quality to the neighborhood. The organization was founded in 1990 and works within the direction of the Bylaws and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR's).
